In a busy everyday life as a husband, father of 3 and a director position, it requires an abundance of energy. The abundance of energy comes from the work, time with the family, but especially from my training, which I do 5-6 times a week. I do strength training and CrossFit but also mental training so that I can become the best version of myself. I have been to rock bottom with depression and anxiety back in 2012, but have fought my way back and am today stronger than ever - both physically and mentally. So this tattoo is about picking yourself up, never giving up, even if everything looks hopeless, and digging deep to find the will and discipline.
