The jacket is developed with inspiration from the original M-1965 Field Jacket, an iconic part of the American military's clothing. It was originally developed for use during the Vietnam War, where soldiers encountered a range of challenging climates and terrains, especially in the humid and dense jungles of Vietnam. Part of the iconic design is the four large pockets on the front of the jacket. We have added a detail from one of the special forces, which you can read more about below.
In our version, we have focused on creating a jacket from a strong and water-repellent material, which is also lined, so you can use it from autumn to spring. It is part of our Modular Combat Layering System, which consists of several products that can be combined and adapted to the weather.

As a small tribute to the members of the Frogman Corps, we have placed a pocket on the left arm with four Velcro strips and small holes at the bottom. It is inspired by a pocket from one of the diving suits used by the Frogman Corps.
